This Coworking Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this DATE

Day of MONTH, YEAR, by and between Sunset Collaborative and MEMBER NAME, (“Member”) for

the use of Sunset Collaborative’s coworking space located at 1035 Sunset Dr, Norwalk, IA 50211 (the

“Premises”).
