Services

SERVICES: Sunset Collaborative hereby agrees to provide to Member and Member hereby agrees to pay for the services and rights associated with services described below (the “Services”), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions attached hereto. One of the following packages:

Private Office #1 ($395/month, initial term) o 24/7 unlimited access to locked door office furnished with a desk and chair for Member’s exclusive use. o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Access to kitchen refrigerator storage and coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o 10 hours/month conference meeting room access when available (subject to scheduled use) o 10 hours/month zoom/phone room access when available (subject to scheduled use) o 50% discount on additional meeting/zoom room hours. o *Refundable deposit required equivalent to 1 month rent ($395) o *Renters Insurance required o 6-month lease

Daily Private Office Rental #1 (if not rented out) o M-F, 8 am to 5 pm access to private locked office furnished with desk and chair. o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Access to kitchen refrigerator storage and coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o 4 hours rental for $60 ($15/hr) or 8 hours rental for $80 ($10/hr) o 50 % off rental for members i.e.: 4 hours for $30; 8 hours for $40 o Conference meeting room and phone/zoom room not included.

Daily Private Office Rental #2 (if not rented out) o M-F, 8 am to 5 pm access to private locked office furnished with desk and chair. o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Access to kitchen refrigerator storage and coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o 4 hours rental for $80 ($20/hr) or 8 hours rental for $120 ($15/hr) o 50 % off rental for members i.e.: 4 hours for $40; 8 hours for $60 o Conference meeting room and phone/zoom room not included.

Daily Private Office Rental #3 (if not rented out) o M-F, 8 am to 5 pm access to private locked office furnished with desk and chair. o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Access to kitchen refrigerator storage and coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o 4 hours rental for $100 ($25/hr) or 8 hours rental for $160 ($20/hr) o 50 % off rental for members i.e.: 4 hours for $50; 8 hours for $80 o Conference meeting room and phone/zoom room not included.

Dedicated Desk Membership ($250/month) o 24/7 unlimited access to a reserved dedicated desk and chair o Locked file drawer/cubby o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Complimentary coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o 6 hours/month conference meeting room access when available (subject to scheduled use) o 6 hours/month phone/zoom room access when available (subject to scheduled use) o 50% discount on additional meeting/zoom room hours. o Month to month lease

Floating Membership ($125/month) o 24/7 unlimited access to drop in community seating. o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Complimentary coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o 4 hours/month conference meeting room access when available (subject to scheduled use) o 4 hours/month phone/zoom room access when available (subject to scheduled use) o 50% discount on additional meeting/zoom room hours.

Day Pass (Drop in Desks) ($25/day) o M-F, 8am-5pm access to drop in community seating. o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Complimentary coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o Meeting room/zoom room not included.

Part Time Day Pass (Drop in Desks) ($200/10 days) o M-F, 8am-5pm access to drop in community seating. o Complimentary printing/use of laser printer o Complimentary coffee/tea provided by Sunset Collaborative o Option to purchase more passes as your days are used up. o Meeting room/zoom room not included.

Conference Meeting Room ($25/hour or $100/day) o TV display/teleconferencing capabilities o White boards available for use o 4-6 people seating o Available to non-members o Back-to-back day to day reservation not allowed.

Phone/Zoom Room ($20/hour or $75/day) o TV display/teleconferencing capabilities o White boards available for use o 4-6 people seating o Available to non-members o Back-to-back day to day reservation not allowed.

Terms *

Term. The term of this Agreement shall be as follows.

_____6-month Commitment (for private offices). The term shall commence on MONTH DAY, YEAR, (the “Start Date”) and shall continue until MONTH DAY, YEAR (the “Initial Term”). a) The first month of the first term shall be considered a “trial occupancy” during which either party may terminate the agreement with seven (7) days written notice. b) After the trial occupancy, the agreement shall be in effect through the remainder of the Term. c) The agreement may be renewed bi-annually, with the Rental Fee subject to increase, per section 3. d) If Member does not exercise their bi-annual renewal option, the term of the agreement shall extend indefinitely on a Month-to-Month basis at the current Rental Fee. Either party may terminate during this extended period with 30 days written notice prior to the first of the following month.
